Delivery and returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped via our contracted delivery service Croatian Post (Hrvatska Pošta).
The shipping fee within Croatia is 5 EUR.

Ordered products are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

The customer will be notified by email once the order has been shipped.

Totem Diva cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or limitations and disruptions of delivery partners.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns are not possible for:

  • Personalized items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Complaints and Claims

In the case of a material defect, Totem Diva offers repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation.

To submit a claim, please contact us by email with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product.

The inspiration for each piece comes from legends, nature and fearless women

Creator

I'm Mia – an artist, creator, and woman who believes in the power of stories. It all started with a moment of silence – the moment you realize that what you've been searching for your whole life is not outside, but inside you.

For years I've been searching for a way to connect with myself, something that would express my strength and remind me of who I am. That's how I discovered jewelry.

The first piece was created quite by accident – ​​in moments when hands were working and thoughts were calming down. It was far from perfect, but it carried
story. And then I realized: imperfections make us perfect.

Since then, my workshop table has become a place where stories come to life. I find inspiration everywhere - in stones covered by waves, in old legends, in the stories of the women who surround me. Every piece of jewelry
it becomes more than just a decoration – it becomes a symbol.

I make each piece with my own hands, in my little corner of the world, in Dubrovnik. And every time I finish a new piece, I feel the same excitement as on the first day. Because I know – somewhere there is a woman who will wear it and feel the strength that has always been within her.
