Welcome to the Totem Diva website. These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the merchant and the customer regarding the use of the website, ordering, payment, delivery, product returns and the protection of personal data. By using this website, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and conditions and that you accept them.

2. Terms of use of the website 2.1. By using the website, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to these terms and conditions. 2.2. The buyer must be an adult and legally capable person.

3. Product description 3.1. All products are handmade, unique pieces of jewelry. 3.2. Product photos are illustrative in nature and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature.

4. Prices and payment methods 4.1. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, if applicable. 4.2. Payment is possible exclusively by bank transfer.

5. Ordering Products 5.1. The customer orders products via the website by adding the product to the cart and filling out the payment form. 5.2. After receiving the order, the customer will receive an e-mail with payment information. 5.3. The order is considered valid and begins processing only after the payment is recorded in the Totem Diva account. 5.4. Totem Diva reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within 3 business days.

6. Delivery 6.1. Delivery is available in Croatia, European Union countries and the rest of the world. 6.2. Products are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. 6.3. Delivery to Croatia is free of charge. For deliveries outside Croatia, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns and complaints 7.1. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. 7.2. Returns are not possible for personalized products and earrings (due to hygiene reasons). 7.3. In the event of a material defect, the buyer has the right to repair, replacement or refund.

8. Termination of the contract 8.1. The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. 8.2. To exercise this right, the customer should send a completed form for unilateral termination to e-mail: totemdiva.art@gmail.com. 8.3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

9. Personal data protection (GDPR) 9.1. Totem Diva is committed to protecting the privacy of all customers. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of processing orders and deliveries. 9.2. Data will not be shared with third parties without express consent, except when necessary (delivery services, accounting).

10. Cookie Policy (Cookies Policy) 10.1. The website uses cookies to improve functionality, user experience and traffic analysis. 10.2. Types of cookies we use:

Totem Diva is not responsible for possible technical difficulties, delays in delivery caused by third parties or differences in the appearance of the product due to manual production. 11.2. Totem Diva does not guarantee the effect or effectiveness of the product in terms of spiritual or energetic influence. Descriptions of stones and meanings serve only as inspirational information and are not scientifically verified.

12. Dispute resolution 12.1. The seller and the buyer will try to resolve any disputes amicably. 12.2. If this is not possible, the competent court in Dubrovnik is competent. 12.3. The customer has the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

13. Changes to the Terms 13.1. The Merchant reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. 13.2. All changes shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.

14. Form for unilateral termination of the contract The buyer can copy and send the following form to the specified e-mail address:

The inspiration for each piece comes from legends, nature and fearless women
make your own rules. Totem Diva celebrates those who are perfectly imperfect –
women who carry their story with pride.

Creator

I'm Mia – an artist, creator, and woman who believes in the power of stories. It all started with a moment of silence – the moment you realize that what you've been searching for your whole life is not outside, but inside you.

For years I've been searching for a way to connect with myself, something that would express my strength and remind me of who I am. That's how I discovered jewelry.

The first piece was created quite by accident – ​​in moments when hands were working and thoughts were calming down. It was far from perfect, but it carried
story. And then I realized: imperfections make us perfect.

Since then, my workshop table has become a place where stories come to life. I find inspiration everywhere - in stones covered by waves, in old legends, in the stories of the women who surround me. Every piece of jewelry
it becomes more than just a decoration – it becomes a symbol.

I make each piece with my own hands, in my little corner of the world, in Dubrovnik. And every time I finish a new piece, I feel the same excitement as on the first day. Because I know – somewhere there is a woman who will wear it and feel the strength that has always been within her.
